3 Wedding & a Christening

Our only other cake this week was a lovely Christening Cake for Luke, I love this style of cake very clean and simple and just right for a christening.

Hope Luke and all our Bride and Grooms had great days.

Looks like I have been Piping!!

With 3 wedding cake two birthday cake and trying to get ahead for wedding fair in September, along with what felt like a million polka dots it’s been yet another busy week.

Anyway on the the cakes, the first cake ( black and white one) was made for the daughter of our neighbour and Julie and her Groom Mark got married at Mitton Hall. The second cake was at Mitton fold (4 tier lilies) which was handy for delivery as I had just been Mitton Hall :) and it looks like Amy and Andrew were in for a good day and the venue look lovely.

our final wedding cake was in a marquee in ribchester (I got lost trying to find it!!) for Rosie and Paul and Passion florist of clitheroe decorated it for us ( see the action shot!)

and a couple of birthdays as well Toy story and Top gear!!

 

I have started work on our wedding fair cakes (12th Sept Spread Eagle)  and (10 Oct  Burnley Football Club) so here is a sneak preview!!

Another Busy Week

3 wedding Cake and 2 Birthday Cake
firstly we made a Simple 2 tier Polka dot and Handmade rose cake for Emily and David at Sparth House Hotel on the 1st.




Quickly Followed by Fridays 2 birthday Cakes the first being a Spider man Cake and the second a photo cake using a sport page and the favorite team for a news story both cakes for work friends.


And finally 2 more wedding cake a Classic Three 3 with hand made Geberas and Lillie's for Paula and Neil at Mitton Farm Hotel

And a Funky Chocolate Ruffle cake with layers of fresh berries at Higher Trapp Hotel for Sharon and Stephen
